In the spring and fall, the CS Department's Industrial Partners Program sponsors a day-long symposium. Employees of member companies are invited to join CS faculty and students at the event. Member companies are: Compaq, EMC, Foxboro, GTECH, IBM, InterTrust, Latitude, MERL, Microsoft Research and Sun. The spring event will be hosted by Professor Michael Black on the topic "Vision-Based User Interfaces." Six distinguished speakers will give talks throughout the day.
